This chromatography forum is a very good place for informations exchange and useful for me.
In my opinion a new TLC board is desirable; planar chromatography today is an instrumental technique with continuing improvements and very interesting new applications.

It might be more appropriate to set up a subsection of planar chromatography under LC.

I am dealing with HPTLC project; I developed different mobile phases for a drug of my concern and obtained different Rf.in different mobile phases (0.26,0.3,0.8,and0.5). On the very next day I repeated the same experiment using same solvents and chromatographic conditions, found the development of spot at Rf 0.12 for all mobile phases that I had tried last day. This Happened second time with me. Can u please tell me the possible cause?
