I find a loss of resoltion of the later eluting peaks in my pesticide standard. What can i do? the earlier eluting peaks are quite normal

Stefan you need to look at you're injector temp I find that 250c works good. I also think you should look at you're injection port you may have a split flow problem or a leak. If you use a merlin microseal you may find that reproducibility is an issue if the duckbill on the merlin gets stuck anyway GOOD LUCK Keith
