hello to all the discussers! I'm currently dealing with chiral secondary alcohols
(3-methylcyclohexanol, 2-methylcyclohexanol, 1-phenylethanol, 1-tetralol, 1-indanol...) I use a column coated with cyclodextrin-B-2,3,6-M-19.
Is there some reference literature about enatiomer assignation? Exists a database about this problem? The other question I have is: what other column would you recommend me to separate the methylcyclohexanols?
That' all, thank you!
