i have problem with analysis od acetaldhyde and diacetyl using cp-sil 88 column and head space thechniqe ,i get one big and wide peak at the begining,i try diffrent temperature and yet nothing help.i inject manully 200ul from the head sace of a vial after heating it to 60deg for 30min.
is anybody have experience in this kind of analysis?
