Heat traced tubing for sampling valve

I am trying to connect a GC to a micro-reactor for online analysis. The gaseous products will be injected by using a 6-port valve with sample loop. There are, however, some products that will condense at ambient temperature.

I have a heated valve box from VICI (Valco) but this leaves the ~12" x 1/16" transfer lines (micro-reactor to valve, valve to column) unheated. Can somebody recommend a vendor that sells line heaters that are light, flexible and allow the tubing to pass within the heater? Or better yet, a valve box and heat traced lines together in one unit?

Thanks!

You could wrap the 12" line with heating tape and control the heat with a controller. From my 18 years experience I can tell you it will work. The only thing is that, from time to time you may have to unwrap to check for leaks at the tubing connection.
