I am losing the surrogate d12-Perylene during my extraction. I have been able to troubleshoot this far. I do not reduce the volume of my extracts below 0.75 ml or I'll lose the surrogate even faster. I have had some problem with old MeCl2 developing free chlorine and chewing up other surrogates, but I've ruled that out with a new batch of solvent. Help, please!!!!
