I want measure the chloroform in the range of 1-5 ppb with ECD. I work on a VARIAN 3800 with 1079 injector in following condition:
injector : 18o C, detector : 300 C
column : 80 C, isothermal
Carrier : 1,5 mL/min. make-up : 25 mL/min.
liner without glass wool
I make split injection (1:20, 1uL) and splitless injections.
The area of chloroform peak is varing 160000 to 230000. I can't make calibration.
Please tell me : what's wrong ?
