I have developed an ActiveX library that allows the loading and
utilization of AIA (netCDF) formatted files natively in Visual Basic
or any other environment which supports ActiveX. The data is easily
available via property and method calls and the library can be
attached to any VB project or VB code behind Excel or Access... The
trial version (limited in data size) is available for downloading and
evaluation. If you are using VB, developing your own applications and
would like to use data in AIA formatted files with no conversions,
download the trial version. It is available at
