My TCD (agilent) is giving me negative peaks - right around where my peaks of interest are to elute.
I think this may be damage to my filament from acids on my analysis - can it be anything else?
I've tried baking out the filament w/o luck.

Yes, you could have your polarity reversed.

Likely you can reverse polarity through the keyboard or the computer, or you can swap the TCD leads readily on models such as 5890.
