G'day everyone,
We are going to undertake the analysis of isothiocyanates by GC-MS, primarily the methyl, butyl, allyl, and phenylethyl itc's.
Has anyone had any experience with this application? We are going for a BPX5 column to separate the compounds from both a methanol matrix as well as head space.
Any helpful hints, suggestions would be gratefully acepted.
