Does anyone have the experience working on the derivatization of aminoalcohol using phenylboronic acid or halogen substituted phenylboronic acid? I am working on some beta-blockers and wondering if someone has tried to use halogen or nitro substituted phenylboronic acid to derivatize these kinds of compounds, such that the derivatives have ECD response?
