Dear collegues! I'll greatly appreciate receiving any information about the method for quantification of the Dimethylsulphate at ppb/ppm levels.

Try a Supel-Q-Plot column from Supelco. It works well for sulfides. Obviously, you will need to use either a FPD or MS detector since you will not get a response with an FID. I have also had success using a DB-5 column.
