Hi,
Can someone advise me on the best setup for
C1-C32 analysis. What's the minimum number of
columns and switches I need to get the best
results.
Thanks

A single packed column will separate the C1-C5 effectively but it is suggested that you use a backflush to vent, single 10 port valve setup.
A capillary column will do the remainder C6-C32 through single dimension chromatography.
Email me for details.
