I've got to pout together a training pack for my colleagues for using the GC, covering sample injection, quality, sample handling and data manipulation.
my colleagues are r&d organic chemists, so I need to stress the importance of quality and the preciion needs of the sample, and care etc of the equipment.
What I guess I am asking for is has anyone got a training plan they are willing to share with me, as I am unsure what I need to present to them, and how I will do it. It will be a practical demonstration, but I need to drive home the sample handling aspect, as they will be using the GC themselves to inject samples/have the autoinjector inject samples, but not so much they are bogged down.
Any help appreciated, I am in a rush, so I guess I am cheating a little bit here!

e-mail me at ralphcalvert@hotmail.com and I will send a brief outline that I use in training which may suit some of your needs. Good that you are letting them inject manually - let them make(or guide them into:-) mistakes so that you demonstrate points. I start with a packed column system and show the effect of oven temp etc before graduating to capillary.
