I am facing the problem tha peak size has become negligible or very small. Other conditions are same. What can be the cause.

too general a question.
Detector is not working as it should.
Leak in the system post-injector.
Active sites in injector or column absorb peak of interest.
Coelution of another peak inhibits detection of peak of interest (selective detector like ECD - FPD).
Split has increased unintentionally.
Depending upon the situation that you have not informed us about, there could be dozens of other possible reasons.
