Please could you offer some tips on resolving tailing peaks for GC. I am looking to separate Atrazine by GC-FID. The sample (0.1%) is dissolved in chloroform on a ZB- Wax column.

The tailing on your atrazine peak could be caused by a focusing issue or due to activity problems. If you would like help, please feel free to contact me directly. but mainly may be the liner not cleaned i think that
