Hi - just wondering if anyone can help. I am using a perkin elmer Autosystem GC with ECD/FID set-up measuring nitrous oxide / methane gas. Sample run is 4 minutes, and have quite a lot of samples to run through each day... any way to use time more effectively with autosampler would be great - only problem is injection size (10ml) seems to be difficult to get an add-on of any description for a PE.

can handle gas syringes up to 5 ml and is compatible with PE autosystem. I don't know if it can be modified to accept bigger syringes.
