Resolution problem with Exxate 1200?

I have a 30m x0.25mmID, 0.25um df column, and can not seem to get a good resolution with Exxate 1200. Any advise on how to get a better resolution? My GC/MS model is a Shimadzu GC-17A.

Exxate 1200 is a mixture of oxo-Dodecyl acetate.

What phase is in the column? It sounds like you may have a fairly polar compound and are trying to analyze on a nonpolar column. What are the analytical conditions?
