I'm going to analyze PAHs in my sediment samples with GC - FID. Can anyone please tell me what temperature programme you use to separate 16 USEPA PAHs?

The other question is, I prepared my own sediment and treated it with some method. I know the concentration of PAH in the original sediment. I don't know the concentration after the treatment. Can anyone please tell me how I should prepare my calibration standard?
