I would like to know if there's a way to connect a HP 3396 integrator used with an HP 5890 GC to a monitor, so that the output is on the screen rather than paper. Has anyone done this, and if so, how?

I would recommend to get some inexpenive software such as Clarity. It costs less than $2K (boards and software) and does anything you need to do.
