Last week i received two answer about the disparition of lactic acid.I thank you those people but i have forgotten to tell you that when i inject lactic acid on its own , it is eluted .So why when it is mixed with other fatty acid it does no appear.We cleaned the liner and cut few mm of column.

Cut 30cm,and replace the liner;
or inject on column to see any differences...
