I just changed purge and split traps in my Shimadzu GC-17. When I saw a stack of used traps in the drawer it crosssed my mind if there is any possibility to re-pack it with a fresh sorbent. The trap is plugged with glass wool. Does anybody have any experience with repackicking used traps?
Please suggest suitable sorbent. Thanks.
