i' ve cleaned my ms source today, but after cleaning,new filament installed,my repeller voltage is still at maximum.(35 V in Autotune)
It seems that cleaning this repeller bring nothing.
Does it make sense to buy a new one??????????,,,

It is unlikely a new repeller will help. If the voltage is really getting to the repeller there is no way it should be maxed out. I would double check all connections to make sure everything is correct, then reclean, reassemble, then put in a service call if things still look bad.
