As a case for university I have to figure out what would be the best way to test food for their carbohydrate content (related to the Atkin's diet). I think GC/HPLC might be the best bet but I'm not sure how accurate this method might be. It should be a very quantitative method. Anyone any clue? (and if someone knows a great quantitative test for home use that would be fab ;))
