Over head space gases analysis for liquid formulation

Dear all,
We wish to analyse Gas composition of head space in liquid formulation vials by GC ( mainly nitrogen and oxygen content). The problem is i can only use mannual injection by gas tight syringe and that too only ones as after i draw the 1st injection the equilibrium changes, hence second injection may not be replicate of 1st. Has any one doing this kinda analysis , pls suggent better condition and injection method.

Not a good suggestion!!
We already have head space autosampler but it cant be used for prepacked different vial size ( of different formulation ) most of the time this head space autosampler used for OVI analysis of solids and not for liquid injection gas analysis.

Where is the problem?
you could try to put your liquid sample in the same size vial as for your ovi's....

Cant be done as the original sample has got specific formulation vial and transfering the content to head space autosampler vial cant be done as the head space gases will be lost.

ok
you should try as you described before,with manual injections,but with MHE,Multi Headsapce Extraction.
It's not a problem with MHE if the second or third injection is not a replicate of the first,then to quantify you'll summarize the amount of each injection.
