Agilent bought MTI. That is the first place I'd try for parts and service.

it's not nessesary to ask Agilent...
The password was over long time "59".
BUT remember: any changings in the system setup can destroy the instrument (filaments) or adjustment.

You might be able to contact SIM GmbH in Germany. They sold MTI and now are an Agilent Channel partner. You can find them at www.simgmbh.de
