I used to quantify acrylic acid with an FFAP column, but after 2/3 injections, the performance of the column is bad, tailing etc..
My parameters are on column inj. ffap 30*0.53*1.0

Acrylic acid, unless stabilized, will polymerize even at room temperature. At elevated temperatures the rate is much higher. You might want to try HPLC
