I have to determine oleic acid and isomers (C18:1equivalent chain length on macrogol 20 000: 18.3) on the column AT-WAX: 30m x 0,25mm x 0,25 mcm. I have to use that column.
I would like to know if the methyl esters oleic acid and isomers are separate on that column.
