Hi there,
I hope somebody will be able to help me. I am translating the above from English into Russian. What is meant here by the word Right? What exactly is surge pressure?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's the position of the injector in the gc,commonly front or rear,here are left and right for a thermo,trace or carlo erba gc.
Surge pressure,is the equivalent of a pulsed splitless injection.
