What do you mean with good vacuum?
After a start the turbomolecularpump need only 5-10 minutes to reach 100% of velocity, but the source and quad temp need 30 min to reach the setpoint.
The system should now equilibrate for 30-60 min.
In most case after maintenance etc...the 5973 need approximatively two hours to be ok.
