Dissolve in DMF, add BSTFA to make trimethylsilyl derivatives, and GC on methyl silicone capillary.

Running Volatiles using autosampler with 5ul syringe and a trifluoropropylmethyl polysiloxane column. Using water to rinse syringe between injections and it is destroying syringe. Please suggest a better rinse solution.
