Many books and Journals claimed that degradation problem of Nitro-PAH should exist when using split injection for GC separation
I'd tried to raise the injector temp to 300oC for separation Nitro-PAHs standard mixture to see any degradation problem exist due the the high split inlet temp, in using both ECD and NCIMS detection
However no ghost peak reported from the integrator
-is the degradation problem does exist in Nitro-PAH using split mode?
-if so, any method can be used to prove the problem does exist?
-any parameter can be check when degradation problem exist( peak area, precision)
