Anybody have used the software "Mass Frontier" in assisting interpretation of ESI mass spectra. Do you mind sharing your opinium on it?

I have had the chance to work with Mass Frontier 1.0.
It was very good to import Mol-Files for the structure. The Interpretation works but theorie and practical Spectras are a little bit different. For ESI-Spectra I used CI-Ionisation and calculate Fragments. Some Fragments we found where calculated others not.
Mass Frontier helps to give an idea about the way of Fragmentation of compounds but you have to know if this Fragmentation way works or not.

I am new on this field and next year I would have to work with an HPLC/MSn to find the structure of unknown compounds .
Do you believe that the Mass Frontier 1.0 or the CI-Ionisation vill be helpfull to me?.
Can you recomend me any other software or course ?
Thanks
Kaf
