I need to have an LC-MS analysis run on a sample. The separation is performed on a C-18 column with CH3CN/water gradient. The components that require idetification are in the 0.1 to 1% range. My sample is of industrial nature (not pharmaceutical) and I do not require GLP. I went to lcms.com and found a large number of labs that perform LC-MS. Does anyone have any advice/experience with contract labs and LC-MS?

Only that its going to cost you, and stay clear of academia, generally they haven't a clue!
Do discuss at length exactly what you want, as repeats will be on you!
I had success with M-scan
swear no affinity with anyone honest

I just saw a reference to a lab in the princeton area that specifies that they provide bioanalytical contract services to the pharmaceutical industry. I do not know anything about them except the name, and address.

I'll reiterate lapis' suggestion: Be very clear and specific as to what you want. The contractor should be willing to discuss this at length with you.
I've also had experience with MScan (in Europe) and found them to be excellent in terms of technical skills and knowledge and in being organized. They have an affiliate in the US I believe. However, there are other contractors out there that are probably as good. I've also worked with Primedica in Worcester, MA. and they worked out well.
