Do somebody have experience with HPLC-MS of CoA-esters and Nucleotides (AMP,ADP,ATP)on RP18 columns (especially with ion pairing agents).
I tried 1mM Ammoniumformiate at pH 7.3 in ESI neg and its working not to bad, but sometimes I need a little bit more retention.
