We are getting a micromass triplequad MS-MS, but are undecided on what LC to put on it. The current contenders are:
Waters, Agilent and Jasco.
I know Waters seem the logical choice as micromass is part of Waters, but some in our group have not had very good experiences with their LC service (U.K.) and they do not look so well developed as an agilent HP1100 (I run an HP1100).
Has anyone had any experiences of a micromass triplequad (or any other triplequads) with any of the listed LC's?

Agilent 1100 and Waters Alliance are both good systems, but you are right to consider the service.
My question would be:what LC system the Micromass software is able to control and how well?

MassLynx controls both the 1100 and the 2690 as well as many other inlets.
