Hi everyone. We have an API2000 Mass Spec and hooked it up to a HP1100 autosampler. The MS software is the one that controls all the aspect of the HP1100 autosampler function, including the washes. Our problem is, we want the AS to perform multiple washes in between injections. However the parameters in the MS software that is related to this are shaded in gray and cannot be changed. Does anyone have a clue as to what to do to enable the MS software to allow us to change the settings that will help us solve this problem? Would appreciate any advice that you can give.
