I'm involved in a working group about laboratory instruments qualification. Our next subject will be the qualification of MS hyphenated with LC or GC. I have much experience with the separation techniques but none with MS. Does anyone could communicate me an example of procedure (without telling industrial secrets), or text references.
Instead, what are the critical parameters to be controlled for a LC/GC-MS.
