I am wondering if RTX-624 or AT-624 is suitable with MS detector. I am more concerned about the column bleeding thing. Thanks.

As long as you aren't using too thick of a film (<1um), you will probably be ok.

A 624 phase is fine as long as the id is correct and you do not exceed the upper temperature limit of the column. A 0.25 mm id column will have a 1.4 u phase thickness, and you can run that with no problem. Bonded phases have low bleed, and you can elute the latest compound at 220C, well below the upper temperature limit of 260C.
