Greetings from downunder,
I am looking for any suggestions on good books or other information available on HPLC and GC/MS method development and troubleshooting for a beginner.
Thankyou all in advance for your valuable suggestions.

My favorite for HPLC is "Practical HPLC Method Development", second edition by Snyder, Kirkland, and Glajch published by Wiley Interscience. In my humble opinion I think it offers an excellent take any many facets of LC method development. I am sure there are others and I hope you get many other suggestions.
Regards,
Mark

i need to know how can i get sufficient information on the development of a new column and solvent system for a drug for the HPLC analysis, despite there's already an established method for the same analysis by using HPLC.
