We want to determine the molecular mass of oligonucleotides (up to 30mer) using our 8year old Quattro. Is this possible? We do not have a Maldi TOF system which seems to be used by most researchers today. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I think Micromass has a software package that will deconvolve electrospray spectra of proteins to give a mol-mass.
