Dear All,
I am doing this for a friend. She needs information on the available volatile buffers for LCMS application. So far, she has used ammonium acetate, ammonium formate, and ammonium bicarbonate. Can anyone please suggest other buffers that she can use? Is there any internet address that you can suggest where a list of such buffers is available? Any help that you can give will be really helpful. Thanks!
Pet

Hi Pet,
We have published something relevant in the LC GC, where we are testing the volatility of 10 acids and bases in different equimolar concentrations.
You may find the article at:http://www.lcgceurope.com/lcgceurope/data/articlestandard/lcgceurope/062002/9090/article.pdf
I have a better resolution copy that I can send you as an attached file.

Dear Kostas,
Thank you very much. It is very nice of Pet to help me post my question in the forum. This is actually relating to the chiral LC/MS/MS problem posted.
Thanks to you and to Pet too.
