The corona current is not stable in APCI(-) mode while in APCI(+), the current is stable. Does anyone have the idea about this?

What type of instrument do you have? Do you set a current or a voltage through your software? Either way, what are the settings you are using in both modes? Is it producing an error condition with your instrument?
