Think about m-Toluamide, a fairly polar compound with mw 135.17. Is it possible to form M+ACN+HCOOH+3H2O+H in MS scan at cone of 20V when 0.1% HCOOH (FA) and ACN were used as mobile phases? From the mass spectrum, I saw m/e that well matched M+H, M+FA+H, M+FA+3H2O+H and M+ACN+FA+3H2O+H.

Any ideas would be highly appreciated!
