There are well documented methods for levofloxacin in UV and Fluroscence method. I want to try for LC/MS/MS....Anybody have this experience? As there will be high plasma concentration and wide range of validation sample, the extraction may be important one.

We analyzed levofloxacin in plasma using fluroscence method. The extraction method was protein precipitation with MeOH. It worked very well.
