I am not very experience with LCMS. I have found out that it is easy to achieve fragmentation (MS2) of M+H but it is impossible to achieve fragmentation of adducts (eg M+Na, M+M+ACN, M+H+ACN). Can some LCMS guru advice on the above observation? Is there any literature references where l can read up on?
