I need to analyze some basic drugs using LCMS. The current UV method mobile phase contains 0.4% octane sulfonic acid (Na salt), THF, and propanol. Can anyone recommend volatile ion pairing reagents, besides HFBA, that can be used for LCMS analyses? TIA.

No need to use ion pairing. Use a high-quality modern HPLC column with a gradient from 5% to 95% acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid. If you contact me at Uwe.Neue@Prodigy.com, I'll give you advice on the best columns.
Best regards

Ammonium acetate is a very common LCMS buffer, and it does have some ion-pairing effect.
