I have to write a essay on chromatography (1000 words) on chromatography and electrophoresesis, with emphasis on gel microbead chromatography and paper chromatography. I already have 500 words on the background to what chromatography is and the basis of it. I need to write more on constraints, and identification of molecules from chromatography.

The library is a good place to start. It's a large building with many books. This is a forum concerned with scientific/technical problems, not homework.
