Dear All,
I am comparing the results of two different sampling tubes for collecting blood samples for a particular assay. My objective is to determine if Tube B is a good substitute for Tube A. Somebody told me that analyzing the results by determining the mean, SD and %CV is a WRONG way to do so. I was told that making a "Bland Altman Plot" is the way to do it. Is there anyone among you who is familiar with this. Please advice on this.
Thanks!
