I thought the information I need might be common knowledge among experienced Chromatographers with a biological background. We are trying to determine which enzymes are missing and therefore causing the eye mutations rosy, white apricot, sepia, maroon-like, and vermillion in Drosophila melanogastor. Our chromatagram did not turn out very well. If you can help please e-mail. cougar6760@aol.com

Which type of chromatography did you use ? How did you assay ? Can't answer this without basic experimental details.
